Our Founder's Story
Much like the proverbial cat, George Ackerson has—by all accounts—lived numerous lives. As the founder and guiding light of Veterans Service Team (VST), he stands as a living testament to the idea that a truly remarkable life is one spent not only in service, but also in a ceaseless quest for a better way…

The Mission
As a self-funded, 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, we are committed to providing our members, as well as other veteran non-profit associations and foundations, with exceptional support, resources, and opportunities that promote personal health, professional development, and overall well-being for our nation's heroes.
